L'ARAU is a group of Brussels citizens organised as a non-profit association. Their overall objective is to promote the city as a place where people want to live. They produce critique and expertise on urban planning policies and organise the coolest city tours of Brussels. Our mission was to build a website for Brussels residents and tourists alike. We managed to give the website a double-sided personnality to fit these two overlapping audiences.

View the websiteOne website, two universes. Mostly black and white with a red touch for the 'urban activist' side and an orange one for the 'guided tour' plateform.
Super important to draw back attention to the website : a newsletter. It maintains the contact with the audience. And of course, must be used with moderation...
CloseEach news has its master theme and a bunch of tags. We had to sort more than 10 years of archives. Text that might be important to understand what's going on today.
CloseFocus news - the freshest - with its main illustration to color the header. A dotted artefact covers the picture so the image can be low-fi without being an ugly spot on the website face.
CloseVery straightforward menu to switch from one universe to the other and to summarize in one glance the double purpose of the website.
